  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and other relevant databases for case handling and reporting.
  • Offer product and application expertise in customer interactions, tenders, and product life cycle management.
  • Innovate training approaches by using global and regional initiatives.
  • Stay informed on product developments and competitor activities.
  • Support sales teams in opportunity development.

Who You Are

  • Agile and adaptable, with strong self-leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • A skilled communicator who builds trustful relationships and delivers engaging training sessions.
  • Curious and open to digital solutions, continuously seeking ways to enhance customer experience.
  • Hold a degree in Science, Biomedical Analysis (BMA), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have at least five years of experience in a laboratory setting relevant to Roche, with proven training experience.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English, with experience in a healthcare private company setting, sales and support of in-vitro diagnostics (IVD), or digital solutions being a plus.

This role requires adherence to legal, technical, and organizational requirements for information security. If you are ready to contribute your expertise and drive excellence in application support, we would love to hear from you
