About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a seasoned Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and client satisfaction in the workwear and sports apparel industry.
In this role, you will utilize your expertise and knowledge to expand our client base, build strong relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Your ability to manage sales processes from start to finish, analyze data insights, and communicate effectively will be crucial to your success.
The job location is primarily remote, with the option to work from our office in Stockholm. Travel may be required up to 50% of the time, offering you the flexibility to balance work and personal life while exploring new destinations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base, drive sales revenue, and increase market share.
- Promote Services: Leverage your product knowledge to promote Embelex products and drive sales through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Satisfy Clients: Respond promptly to inquiries, provide comprehensive information about our services, and ensure seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor analysis to inform your decision-making and drive growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sales Experience: A proven track record of sales success within the apparel, textile, sports, or workwear industry.
- Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the apparel/textile, sports, or workwear industry, including established networks and contacts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and drive results.
- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data insights, inform decision-making, and present findings effectively.
- Adaptability: A flexible approach to accommodate changing priorities, adapt to new challenges, and learn continuously.
