We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Energy in Västerås. As a member of our Global Field Operation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of testing and commissioning activities for our electrical power systems.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating on-site commissioning activities, implementing design changes, and providing mark-ups for as-built project documentation. You will also act as a key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.

Requirements:

  • You must have a university degree in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering.
  • You must have some years of similar work experience within services or commissioning of electrical power plants and/or control systems.
  • You must be able to read and understand protection/electrical drawings and technical documents.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively and act decisively.
