About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our Business Unit Seals & Profiles. This is a pivotal project that involves the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ActiviTEE for efficiency tracking, and harmonizing processes across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation in close cooperation with our business units, Competence Center, and external partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the Steering Committee to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Maintain continuous communication with all stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met by both internal and external contributors.
  • Drive project tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Harmonize and implement standard processes across global sites.
  • Apply change management principles to facilitate method and process changes.
  • Plan and execute training programs for end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of the new Dynamics 365 solution.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within a manufacturing company.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Experience from a manufacturing company, preferably from working within a supply chain or manufacturing function.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and aligning business processes with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find effective solutions independently or through teamwork.
  • Familiarity with change management principles to facilitate change in methods and processes rather than customization.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Able to handle ambiguity with a positive and flexible mindset.
  • Structured in way of working and with a sense for details.
