Key Responsibilities:

  • Directing a dedicated game team through the phases of planning, prioritization, and execution of feature development.
  • Collaborating closely with the Game Lead to influence the strategic vision for Angry Birds 2.
  • Ensuring an exceptional player experience while enhancing business performance for both new and existing features, tailored to the needs of a mature free-to-play (F2P) game.
  • Leading and mentoring the Product Craft across the studio, sharing insights on engagement and monetization strategies, player behavior, and F2P game design.
  • Promoting data-driven decision-making by analyzing game metrics and implementing optimizations to enhance business outcomes.
  • Providing market insights and competitive analysis to identify innovative practices and feature opportunities.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Significant experience in product management for live F2P mobile games, with a deep understanding of live operations, game economy, and design.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps that drive long-term business success.
  • Demonstrated success in creating features that enhance player retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, showcasing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for A/B testing methodologies.

Interview Process Overview:

  • Initial conversation: A brief call with a Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss the role and your background.
  • Interview with Hiring Manager: A discussion with the Game Lead of Angry Birds 2 to explore your skills and experiences.
