About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Product Manager to join our team at Hydrotech, a leading company in water treatment solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving product strategies and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Product Roadmap Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our business objectives and market trends.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market drivers, and competitor activity.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless product launches and execution.
  4. Product Innovation and Differentiation: Collaborate with R&D to drive product innovation and differentiation, ensuring our solutions remain competitive in the market.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a product manager in a global organization, with a strong track record of driving product strategies and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
