About the Job

As the Head of Managed Services, you will lead a diverse team spanning multiple offices in Bucharest, Zagreb, and Malta. You will work closely with internal business units to deliver tailored customer experiences.

The Service ensures a personalized player experience, presenting relevant betting offers and games with consistent cross-product risk management. This includes payments and player KYC management.

Responsibilities

Deliver tailored customer experiences;Closely work with Clients to ensure optimal growth in client revenues;Manage personnel within the division;Build on existing strategy and vision;Implement strategic plans;Evaluate department success;Ensure operational insights are given to various product teams;Develop and implement operational policies;Challenge current performance levels;Make informed decisions on mitigation actions;Stay up-to-date on competitor programs.

Requirements

You should have 5 years' experience in a similar role within the B2C iGaming industry. A solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies is necessary.

You should be able to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders, manage profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow. Team management experience and ability to get up to speed quickly are also required.
