About the Role

Aptiv Contract Services Sweden AB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our product development process. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our product development process, ensuring a flawless product launch, and managing high degrees of change, conflict, customer interaction, and crisis management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead Multifunctional Teams: Ensure the execution of the product development process, define project milestones, and synchronize with customer milestones.
  • Define Project Team: Define the project team, including all required functions, and ensure customer communication.
  • Action Planning and Execution: Define action plans and control execution, schedule, prepare, and conduct project reviews (PDP gate reviews).
  • Project Timeline and Budget: Define project timeline, respect project frame and goals (Timing, Cost, Quality), and ensure customer communication.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office & MS Project.
  • Experience: 7 years within Aptiv and minimum 2 functional rotation, or 7 years as program manager in the automotive industry.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Working Style: Disciplined and accurate/structured working style.
  • Attitude: Attitude of urgency, passion for result, and team spirit.
