About This Opportunity

As a Regulatory Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our regulated products meet the required standards. You will work closely with our Compliance Team to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to mitigate risks.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements for the Central Europe area (e.g. Germany, Great Britain, the Netherlands).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective monitoring and reporting of compliance metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on compliance performance and key trends.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to address findings and incidents.
  • Support internal teams with technical compliance queries and provide guidance on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Essential skills:

  • A degree in the STEM fields or any subject relevant to the role.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the compliance space in the online gambling industry.
  • Expertise in implementing regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology and Change management is an advantage.

Nice to have skills:

  • Previous experience in regulatory reporting and understanding of data models of Safe servers.
