About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carbon Capture Project Manager to join our team at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our Carbon Capture team, you will be responsible for leading projects and teams to deliver innovative carbon capture solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in carbon capture or adjacent industrial fields, with a strong track record of project management and team leadership.
  • PhD or MSc degree in a relevant scientific or technical field, with a strong understanding of carbon capture technologies and processes.
  • Excellent technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong customer orientation, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
  • Fluent language skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global team environment.
