About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant to join our Nordic ERP team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to helping organizations achieve operational excellence and drive successful digital transformations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client expectations effectively
  • Lead full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX
  • Translate complex business requirements into practical and scalable solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform
  • Travel to client sites if required
  • Proficiency in Swedish language and excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Finance and/or Accounting end-user experience is seen as an advantage
  • Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder
  • Resilient, adaptable, passionate about tech
  • Ability to be both an independent contributor and a team player
  • Analytical, problem-solver, passionate about tech
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct business process analysis, and design solutions tailored to their accounting and/or project management needs
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 F&O to align with client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation of projects, including project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-implementation support
  • Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients to improve their processes, drive operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives
  • Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
