Job Description:

D365 Finance & Operations – Finance Functional Consultant

  • Experience of minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementations using MS Dynamics D365 F&O Solutions.
  • Gathering, understanding, and analysing client business processes to re-engineer/design the solution improving operational efficiency.
  • Having a good knowledge of the D365 F&O - Finance module while holding certifications in the most current versions.
  • Set-up and configure Financial Management modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Localization, Taxation in D365 F&O product.
  • Implement and manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Localization, Taxation etc.
  • Experience about Electronic Reporting configuration is an added advantage.
  • Investigates problems to establish root or hidden causes.
  • Drive Fit-Gap analysis & Conference Room Pilot (CRP).
  • Collaborate with the business user(s) to understand problem statements and providing/implementing best suitable solution.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features.
  • Solution Testing / Unit Testing for business acceptance and accuracy.
  • Validate and support the solution.
  • Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks.
  • Communicating issues and project tasks to the team in the appropriate forum.
  • Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for key or end users.
  • Configure security and access control processes, and options.
  • Active involvement in Master Data validation, Cut-over and Go-live activities.
  • Must have ability to work and interact with international customers independently.
  • Must have good analytical and logical thinking.

D365 Finance & Operations – SCM Functional Consultant

  • Experience of minimum 2-3 full life-cycle implementations using MS Dynamics D365 F&O SCM Solutions.
  • Gathering, understanding, analysing client business processes to re-engineer/design the solution improving operational efficiency.
  • Performing functional support tasks for D365 F&O application maintenance and operations.
  • Having a good knowledge of D365 F&O - SCM modules while holding certifications in the most current versions.
  • Set up and configure SCM modules like Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, Advanced Warehouse Management, & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product.
  • Implement and manage SCM modules like Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Sourcing, Master Planning, Advanced Warehouse Management, & Inventory Management in D365 F&O product.
  • Experience of Production (Manufacturing), Trade & Logistics and Project Management modules is an added advantage.
  • Investigates problems to establish real or hidden causes.
  • Drive Fit-Gap analysis & Conference Room Pilot (CRP).
  • Collaborate with business user(s) to understand problem statement and providing / implementing best suitable solution.
  • SLA based ticket/incident resolution in Level 2 and Level 3 of application support.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the solution tightening the interfaces and enhancing the Dynamics 365 F&O features.
  • Solution Testing for business acceptance and accuracy.
  • Communicating issues and project tasks to team in appropriate forum.
  • Providing general usability guidance, and preparation reference material for key or end users.
  • Providing detailed utilization and work status report.
  • Use common functionality and implementation tools.
  • Configure security, processes, and options.
  • Perform data mapping and assist in data migration.
  • Validate and support the solution.
  • Excellent communication skill both written / verbal.
  • Must have ability to work and interact with international customers independently.
  • Must have good analytical and logical thinking.
  • Solution Testing / Unit Testing for business acceptance and accuracy.
  • Actively work with all involved to mitigate risks.
  • Active involvement in Master Data validation, cut over and Go-live activities.
  • Open for travel.
