As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log and track customer complaints in our internal system, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage the complaints inbox, respond to customer queries, and follow up as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues
  • Engage with customers by addressing their inquiries and facilitating communication
  • Handle complaint samples in accordance with established procedures related to the complaint process within the office
  • Contribute valuable feedback and insights into the complaint and consumer service processes to foster ongoing improvements and advancements

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer relations and customer service
  • A background and/or education in life sciences or healthcare is highly desirable
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Swedish
