You will be working on a large-scale SAP implementation project for a client. Your role involves planning, directing, and managing all testing activities, ensuring smooth execution of functional, system, and integration testing while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, and detailed schedules.
  • Define test cases, coordinate the setup of test environments, and manage test data.
  • Review and ensure the quality of test deliverables, including test concepts, scripts, reports, and documentation.
  • Oversee test progress tracking, reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
  • Identify risks, provide problem-solving solutions, and drive successful test execution.
  • Lead and mentor the testing team to ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Manage test automation strategies and ensure the adoption of best testing practices.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP test management, including SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing test teams in large-scale SAP projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Expertise in defining and executing test strategies, selecting appropriate test tools, and setting up test environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
