Som Onsite Manager hos Göteborgsfamiljen arbetar du operativt över flera av våra restauranger och leder både restaurangchefer och medarbetare i vardagen. Ditt uppdrag är att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för en stark, konsekvent och värdeskapande gästupplevelse — varje dag. Du arbetar hands-on i driften, säkerställer att våra koncept efterlevs och driver förbättringar inom kvalitet, service, arbetssätt och ekonomi. Rollen passar dig som både kan inspirera och strukturera, och som vet att riktigt bra gästupplevelser byggs genom närvarande ledarskap och tydliga processer. Vad du kommer göra - Leda och coacha restaurangchefer och medarbetare för att stärka service, värdskap och arbetskultur. - Kvalitetssäkra den dagliga driften och se till att våra koncept, rutiner och policies följs. - Analysera gästfeedback och omsätta insikter till konkreta förbättringar. - Driva utveckling mot nyckeltal inom kvalitet, team och ekonomi. - Arbeta med långsiktiga åtgärder för bättre gästupplevelse och ökad intäkt, t.ex. merförsäljning, flödesoptimering och kompetensutveckling. - Sköta beställningar, varuförsörjning och inventeringar för att minska svinn och säkra ekonomi. - Säkerställa att kassor, system och utrustning fungerar enligt rutin. Om dig Du har flera års erfarenhet från ledande roll inom restaurang och känner dig hemma i det operativa. Du är trygg, kommunikativ och tydlig — samtidigt som du bygger förtroende och skapar engagemang omkring dig. Du trivs i en roll där du både leder människor i stunden och driver långsiktig utveckling av gästupplevelsen.
