Project Controller

Would you like to be responsible for setting up project plans for development of new products? 

Right now, we are looking for a Project Controller for Range Area Bathroom and Water.

The complete Bathroom is an important part of the home, it’s the only part of the home where we are truly alone, where we cocoon from others, where we can relax and where we have our daily routines in the morning and night. We in Bathroom and Water are also focusing on the water agenda to enable our customers to save water through our water solutions and products across the home.

We are on a continuous journey to create the best Bathroom and water solutions for the many people, everything we do is driven by our curiosity, togetherness, creativity and entrepreneurialism. Now we are looking for a project controller who share can lead the Development process for the water Solutions and shares our values to join our team.  

As Project Controller you lead project management and product development process to ensure that the team delivers to project ambition and time plan throughout the project. You lead project planning, tracking and follow‐up and secure that the team delivers to project ambition and in compliance with the product development process. In this role you will report to the Range Manager. 

Your main responsibilities as Project Controller are: 

- Responsible for project management including project planning, tracking and follow up, according to project goal, time plan and KPI’s. 
- Proactively lead the product development process, secure process compliance and continuous process improvement. 
- Capture and document project lessons learned and utilize these learnings in new projects. 
- Administration of the range in the internal product information system and of the projects in the project management tool., you will be the lead for project team meetings and team development. 

We are looking for goal-oriented team player with the communication ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage people by creating a passion for objectives, plans and processes. You have a passion for details and excellence in operations. You can analyze, draw conclusions and to understand how decisions and processes impact the totality. You have experience in project leadership and can work across different teams and businesses and are strong in keeping the time plan together.  

To be successful in this role we expect you to have experience from leading or coordinating projects and Project management and leadership skills. You have an academic education within Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, or equivalent work experience. Knowledge from Microsoft Office and project management tools. You also have a passion for Home furnishing and you are fluent in English both in writing and speaking.

The position is placed in Älmhult.
