While Process Developer is your core competence, you will have the opportunity to contribute in different fields of development based on business needs. This gives you the ability to grow and learn in different domains and skills. Join us on our mission to streamline processes and enhance productivity working in an agile set up in one of our Digital Product teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver as part of a digital product team with set priorities.
- Promote and support a process-oriented mindset in close collaboration with business partners.
- Improve, develop, and maintain process documentation according to defined framework (process maps, working methods, task descriptions, measurement specifications, learning material, etc.).
- Develop, and maintain process/sub-process design and propose improvements.
- Gather, understand, and analyze the business benefits of identified process improvement potentials.
- Facilitate the way of working with process-oriented business development.
- Lead, manage, and/or support process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with related functions for holistic business solutions.
- Ensure consistency among interconnected processes
- Participate in external networks for benchmarking and enhancing knowledge.
