Om tjänsten

Som Business Controller på Momentum Industrial ansvarar du för att följa upp och analysera företagets resultat samt identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter för ökad lönsamhet. Du arbetar nära CFO och leder budgetprocessen tillsammans med organisationen. Rollen är bred och innefattar såväl operativa som strategiska uppgifter, där du aktivt stödjer organisationen genom att analysera och förtydliga ekonomisk information för att möjliggöra datadrivna beslut. Du ingår i ekonomiteamet som består av nio personer och rapporterar till CFO.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar att:

- Utföra resultatuppföljning och analyser av företagets olika distrikt och områden.
- Driva utvecklingen och underhållet av BI-systemet Hypergene.
- Bistå i framtagandet av olika kalkyler och analyser kopplat till produkter, kunder och leverantörer.
- Ansvara för uppföljning och utveckling av KPI:er och nyckeltal.
- Bidra till lönsamhetsutveckling och andra förbättringsåtgärder inom organisationen.
- Bidra till relationer och samverkan inom organisationen för att förankra och implementera förbättringar.

Om dig

Vi söker dig med några års erfarenhet inom ekonomisk uppföljning och analys. Du har förmågan att arbeta proaktivt och analysera lönsamhet på olika nivåer – från distrikt och kunder till leverantörer och lager. För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du är strukturerad, kommunikativ och har lätt för att samarbeta. Du är en person som driver ditt eget arbete framåt och bidrar med förbättringsförslag och initiativ där du ser möjligheter.

Du är en person som är trygg i dig själv och som möter människor där de är. Du är bra på att prata om ekonomi på ett sätt som man kan ta till sig och delar med dig av det du kan och ser. Vi ser att du har en god förståelse för redovisning och tidigare erfarenhet av att ta stort avnsvar i budgetprocessen.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

- Ungefär fem års tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet från en ekonomifunktion.
- Universitets- eller högskoleutbildning inom ekonomi eller motsvarande.
- Goda kunskaper i att arbeta med BI-verktyg, gärna Hypergene.
- Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska såväl i tal som i skrift.
- Förmåga att presentera ekonomisk information på ett sätt som leder till beslut och åtgärder.
- Ett lösningsorienterat och analytiskt förhållningssätt.
