About your job

In this position, you play a key role in brand development and with an omnichannel approach, you create and deliver assets to strengthen our brand positioning. This includes planning, producing, driving, distributing and following up on various brand activities. You guide the communication and marketing organizations on brand positioning, design, tone-of-voice, business value, as well as support branding matters and advise stakeholders on brand implications. You also work with collaborative groups to protect and further develop the Sandvik Group brand identity across the globe.

You continuously test new ideas across all brand-related initiatives, incorporating the latest available technologies such as AI, analytics, UX and content editing. By applying an agile way of working, you lead and develop actions based on brand measurements and manage our network of brand-related partners, ensuring effective brand management and collaboration.

The preferred location is our headquarters at the World Trade Center in Stockholm, while being close to another Sandvik location is possible. Some travel may occur, and we apply a hybrid work set-up where you can combine office and remote work.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in brand and general marketing and communications, including data analytics and brand strategy, preferably in multi brand global organizations. You have strong skills in storytelling and channel-, content-, supplier- and project management. You have a relevant education and it’s beneficial to have a proactive, agile and structured way of working, with analytical eyes and attention to detail. Acting in a global setting calls for excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

With a collaborative approach and constant drive to new things, you see the bigger picture, set ambitious objectives and thoroughly drive activities to achieve goals. By being the definition of a doer, you stay focused and deliver results even with multiple assignments. Your business-oriented and strategic mindset aligns with your operational work. With your excellent communication skills, you cooperate and establish networks internally and externally on an international scale.
