At Massive, you get to do what you love most while bringing your own experience to our ongoing projects, like Tom Clancy's The Division 2, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, and Star Wars Outlaws. We're also developing new tech here, such as our in-house engine Snowdrop, and Ubisoft Connect - Ubisoft's digital ecosystem and distribution platform.
Job Description
As a Craft Lead, your mission is to play a central part in our development process, guiding and enhancing the quality and technical expertise of our teams. You will own systems, pipelines, and workflows, ensuring that quality and style are consistent with the director's vision. A crucial part of your role will be to act as a bridge between Directors and Production, ensuring that creative and technical leadership is aligned with planning.

- Ensuring the consistent quality of deliverables, continuing to develop your skills, and supporting the growth of those around you.
- Providing feedback on various aspects of the craft, from code reviews to art critiques.
- Support your team to reach their goals efficiently while maintaining high quality and sustainability in their work.
- Delegating responsibilities effectively, guiding junior team members and focusing on key implementations.
- Working closely with leads from other disciplines to plan projects, assess risks, and ensure timely delivery, always maintaining high standards for your work and your team.

- AAA Experience: You have significant experience in AAA game development and have ideally shipped at least one AAA title.
