The Role

As a Craft Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and enhancing the quality and technical expertise of our teams. Your mission will be to act as a bridge between Directors and Production, ensuring creative and technical leadership is aligned with planning.

Your Key Responsibilities

Craftsmanship and Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence among team members.

Team Management: Manage and lead a team of developers, guiding them to deliver high-quality products.

Communication and Collaboration: Foster open communication channels within the team and ensure seamless collaboration across disciplines.

Quality and Sustainability: Implement efficient workflows and ensure the delivery of high-quality products, maintaining high standards for quality and sustainability.

Requirements

To excel in this position, you must have:

  • A strong background in AAA game development, preferably with experience shipping multiple titles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
