Workspace Device Management, en del av Digital Workplace, ger Saabs en omfattande molnbaserad klientplattform. Workspace-enhetshantering bygger på en robust Microsoft 365-grund och omfattar en uppsättning viktiga tjänster, inklusive:

* Device Management: Effektivare etablering och administration av endpoints.
* Integration av hårdvara och mjukvara: Säkerställa kompatibilitet och optimal prestanda mellan enheter och applikationer.
* Endpoint Security: Robusta säkerhetsåtgärder för att skydda data och enheter från hot.
* Applikationsleverans: Effektiv och säker leverans av applikationer till användare, samt en rad andra funktioner som är utformade för att förbättra produktiviteten och samarbetet.

Avdelningen har ett helhetsansvar för verksamheten som inkluderar livscykelhantering, SLA-rapportering, automation, säkerhet, leverantörshantering och utveckling.

Din roll

Du kommer att vara en del av IT-avdelningen på Saab. I din roll som Head of Workspace device management kommer du att ha upp till 25 personer som rapporterar direkt till dig, både anställda och konsulter. Du kommer att arbeta i nära samarbete med dina linjechefskollegor inom Digital wokplace samt Service Owners och Service Managers som ansvarar för att leverera och utveckla våra IT-tjänster.

Viktiga ansvarsområden:

* Leda och ansvara för all personal inom organisationen
* Resursstyrning (resursplanering, förfråganshantering och konsulthantering)
* Rekrytering och on-boarding samt off-boarding av medarbetare och konsulter
* Kompetensutveckling och strategisk personalplanering
* Hantera och minska risker i förhållande till enskilda kompetenser och kritiska resurser

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har lämplig kompetens, erfarenhet och förmåga att hantera ovanstående utmaningar. För att lyckas i rollen måste du ha ett stort intresse för teknik, ha ett kundorienterat och affärsmässigt fokus, samt ha en god analytisk förmåga med analytiskt och problemlösande tänkesätt. Du är van vid och gillar att arbeta självständigt men är också en bra lagspelare. För att trivas hos oss behöver du vara serviceinriktad och gillar att arbeta i en miljö där förutsättningarna kan förändras med kort varsel utifrån användarnas behov. Som person är du utvecklings- och läraktig, engagerad i att arbeta mot mål och resultatorienterad. Det viktigaste är att du har viljan, intresset och engagemanget att lära dig.

Befattningen kräver att du genomgår och godkänns enligt vid var tid gällande bestämmelser för säkerhetsskydd. För befattningar där Saab har krav på säkerhetsklassinplacering kan, i förekommande fall, medföra krav på visst medborgarskap.
