About the role

Do you want to work with a market leader and a modern product portfolio for the next generation of offerings to our welfare industry? Do you have deep domain knowledge about the municipality’s welfare and social care? Do you have experience working as a social worker, system administrator in a municipality, or have you been working in Lifecare or a similar system?

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Business Consultant to help us continue to implement Lifecare for the Swedish municipal social care market. Our team consists of professionals within Project Management and Consulting, working towards and together with our customers to implement Lifecare, which provides the municipality with simplified work processes, high support in daily work, and increases the possibilities of putting the caretaker at the center through well-developed citizen services.

In this role you will

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Lifecare for our customers. You will have a close dialogue with them to plan the implementation and how to get the best value from the system by suggesting how to streamline their work and set up their processes.

This involves both travel within Sweden for on-site training, as well as being able to hold trainings and meetings digitally and remotely. As a dedicated Consultant, you will have great opportunities to contribute to the development of our system Lifecare for the entire municipal Individual- and Family Services sector. You will:

- Arrange and lead meetings with customers
- Plan and implement trainings for our customers in Lifecare Individ- och Familjeomsorg
- Create content and provide webinars
- Bring in ideas based on customer needs to support further development of Lifecare
- Advise customers on working methods and how to get the optimal value from using our solutions
- Create training materials
- Keep up to date with laws and regulations in the field

We are looking for someone that

- Has a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Social Work
- Has a genuine interest and experience in individual- and family care services within municipal social care
- Broad experience and deep domain knowledge primarily of the Swedish welfare and social care landscape, experience using Lifecare IFO or other equal systems for individual and family services
- Good knowledge of current legislation around the social care act
- Has strong pedagogical skills
- Can express yourself clearly in Swedish, both spoken and written
