What you will do

1. Consult entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their reputation and provide insights into how customers search for them.
2. Provide assistance to businesses, improving their online presence across the world’s most famous search engine.
3. Investigate issues deeper before defining solutions or escalating highly complex issues.
4. May be required to promote related products to existing customers.

What you will bring

1. Superior Norwegian language skills and customer service mindset.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Ability to use desktop computer systems, Internet applications, and MS Office.
4. Familiarity with Google products (Google Maps, Google Cloud ecosystem - docs, sheets, slides, etc.).
5. Familiarity with Chrome OS & Android Operating systems.
