Vi befinner oss i tillväxt och söker nu därför en Support Specialist till vårt kontor i Borås. Tjänsten är på heltid och arbetstiderna är förlagda under dagtid, måndag till fredag. Dina arbetsuppgifter Som Support Specialist hos Minso kommer du i många fall att vara den första kontaktpersonen för våra kunder och partners. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar: - Ansvara för inkommande samtal, ärenden och besök - Förse kunder med 1st line support, hantera och lösa tekniska frågor - Stötta kunder och partners i att få ut maximalt värde av våra tjänster - Utföra systemkonfigurationer och sätta upp lösningar för nya kunder - Genomföra utbildning av användare i vår plattform - Samarbeta med teknik- och produktteam för att eskalera och lösa mer komplexa ärenden - Administrativa uppgifter och merförsäljning är även en del av tjänsten Vem söker vi? För att lyckas i denna roll behöver du ha ett starkt tekniskt intresse och ett kundfokuserat tankesätt. Vi söker dig som: - Är serviceinriktad, noggrann och har förmåga att bygga goda kundrelationer - Har flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift - Har tidigare erfarenhet av kundtjänst eller teknisk support, gärna inom IT eller SaaS-lösningar - Är van att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar för att lösa problem - Har goda kommunikationsfärdigheter och förmågan att förklara tekniska lösningar på ett enkelt sätt Vi ser det som meriterande om du har erfarenhet av 1st line support eller liknande roller och har ambitionen att växa i rollen och ta mer ansvar över tid.
