Human Resources Specialist

As an HR Specialist at Centiro, you will take responsibility for all aspects of Talent Acquisition across our international markets, with a primary focus on recruitment for our Global Hub in Borås, Sweden. You will also play a key role in employer branding from both strategic and operative perspectives. This includes coordinating and participating in school events, student collaboration and long-term initiatives to promote Centiro to future colleagues.

In addition, you will be contributing to various projects aimed at developing our working methods, tools and system support. HR administration and supporting leaders and colleagues will be a part of your daily work. You will be included in Centiro's global HR team, receiving support from colleagues worldwide, while helping implement Centiro's values, practices, and HR strategy.

The work you will do

Your main focus areas include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle in Sweden
• Student collaboration
• Employer branding, both strategic and operational
• Daily support to our leaders and colleagues
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Other HR administration tasks

In addition, you will also contribute to the implementation of global HR initiatives and projects aimed at improving our methods, tools, and systems.

Things you are good at

We are looking for you with minimum 3+ years of work experience within HR and have;

• A degree in HR or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Swedish labor law
• Ability to independently manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Experience in employer branding, especially student-related activities and collaborations
• You love structure, have attention to details, and follow through on your tasks
• Strong networking skills and ability to build effective working relationships
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

Bonus if you

• Have experience in working in an international context
• Have knowledge of IT/tech recruitment
• Hold certification in a personality profiling tool (e.g., OPQ, TalentQ)

This is a temporary position (föräldravikariat) for approximately one year, starting in early February 2026.
