We are seeking a Workplace Assistant for part-time to join our customer. If you're a student with a service-oriented mindset, enjoy variety in your tasks, and want to work in a creative and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you OM TJÄNSTEN As a Workplace Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's daily operations. Your tasks will vary from day to day, giving you a dynamic and hands-on experience in a creative and fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for a range of office-related duties, such as picking up flowers and fika, running errands like shopping for supplies and handling incoming post. Your days will also involve assisting with event preparations, ensuring that everything is set up and ready for meetings, parties, and team events. You’ll help with serving refreshments, making sure everything looks polished and welcoming. Additionally, you’ll assist with keeping the kitchen area organized, ensuring that everything from cushions to lunch setups are in place and maintained to a high standard of quality. While you’ll be handling a variety of tasks, the common thread through all of them will be your proactive and service-minded approach. Whether you’re making sure the office is in top shape or preparing for an event, your attention to detail and ability to stay flexible and organized will make a real impact. You’ll also have the chance to work independently while supporting the needs of the team, ensuring that everyone has what they need to succeed. VI SÖKER DIG SOM - You are currently studying a post-secondary education - You have experience in service industries - Proficiency in English - You who can work at least 10 hours/week spread over 3 days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) It is meritorious if you have - Experience in an office environment - Interest in game design To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: You'll need to be service-oriented, communicative, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative. You should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing needs. You also have good collaboration skills and want to support your team.
