We are currently searching for an Analytical Consultant for the Customer Success, Industry Insights team in Stockholm, Sweden.

The NIQ Customer Success team focuses on building great customer experience by offering insights on category development and consumer buying behavior, in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment by enhancing our customers' use of our data and tools through specialty expertise and engagement.

As an Analytical Consultant, you will work with client support on data and platform-related issues, as well as business solution-driven analyses, presentations, and recommendations for one of today’s leading global FMCG companies.

Responsibilities

1. Improve customer engagement and satisfaction for your assigned client by offering outstanding client support, including data platform and analytical support.
2. Develop valuable business issue analyses and category presentations.
3. Deliver insights and recommendations to your client based on your analytical work.
4. Generate sales leads based on your knowledge about your client’s business.
5. Train your client in NIQ’s new cloud-based data platform Discover to increase their understanding and usage of the tool.
6. Participate actively in building a positive and engaging team culture in our Nordic team.

The role is based in our Stockholm office and reports to the Nordics Customer Success Leader. You will be part of a team of eight members in total.

Qualifications

1. A burning desire and ability to create and drive a commercial analytical base for identifying what's next for your client.
2. Preferably 2-3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry within business analysis, market research, or category management.
3. A commercial degree in Economics with proven graduation results.
4. Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written, and fluent in Swedish.
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are a clear advantage.
6. Experience with conducting presentations and good communication skills.
