Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in business – someone who comprehends business demands and translates them into practical solutions to enhance the collaboration between business and IT. As an experienced transformation leader, your expertise will be central in driving success.
In this role, you will actively participate in designing, developing, and implementing business processes and supporting technologies to meet business needs. This means engagement in customer projects, with various roles in leading change and implementing business capabilities using platform solutions.
As a senior consultant, you have the opportunity to drive change in roles such as project manager, change manager, transformation lead, scrum master, business analyst, or change communication lead. We also hope you are curious about the story and the people behind a project. We’re looking for someone who’s willing to learn continuously, systematically, and enthusiastically – you have our proven concepts available to help you in your work, and we develop them all the time.
We value experience, but more importantly, we value the right attitude. You will succeed with us if you:
- have a natural way of leading and expanding customer relations and recognize and drive sales opportunities
- have 8+ years of relevant working experience in leading business, technology, and transformation projects, especially in consulting industry and/or working with both business and IT
- have hands-on experience in some of the topics: Strategy, IT management, digital transformation, analytics and business intelligence, public sector, process development, and organization design
- have excellent communication and coaching skills in both Swedish and English
- thrive in a high-energy and team-oriented environment
