Som mjukvaruutvecklare inom området Case Solutions och portföljen Mississippi, arbetar du som fullstackutvecklare med Java som bas. Du jobbar med en stor kund med samhällskritisk funktion och får möjlighet att vara med och göra skillnad på riktigt

Du kommer att tillhöra ett agilt, självorganiserande team. Tillsammans med ditt team arbetar du för att förverkliga de krav som ställs på den kundlösning ni utvecklar. Ni är med på hela resan från ax till limpa och jobbar tätt tillsammans med verksamhetskonsulter och projektledare där ni gemensamt verkar för kundens behov.

Ansvaret för den tekniska lösningen, har du och tillsammans med ditt team som innefattar arkitektur, design och val av teknik. Här får du därför möjligheten att påverka och forma de tekniska lösningarna i alla delar av utvecklingsprocessen.

Feedback till dig och ditt team kommer bland annat genom möjligheten att ha direktkontakt med de kunder som använder den lösning ni arbetar med.

Innovation- och förbättringsarbete får du gärna, som en del av ditt jobb, arbeta med genom vår egenutvecklade process ’Stay Infront’. Här får du både bidra med idéer samt möjlighet att erhålla budget avsatt för att testa och utveckla dem. Detta som en del av ditt jobb.

Din placering kommer att vara på något av våra kontor i centrala Linköping eller i centrala Stockholm. Hos oss prioriteras balans mellan jobb och fritid högt, och vi erbjuder därför flexibla arbetstider och möjlighet till distansarbete till exempel från ditt hemmakontor. Vi fokuserar på att skapa en hälsosam arbetsmiljö för att främja just ditt välmående.

Du får en god introduktion av ditt team och via Ida University som är ett skräddarsytt introduktionsprogram för att komma in i arbetet och fortsätta utvecklas med oss.

Din profil

Vi söker dig som har några års erfarenhet av programmering. Du brinner för att arbeta med mjukvaruutveckling och har erfarenhet av utveckling i Java 11 eller senare samt JEE. Vi tror att du har Du har en högskole- eller universitetsexamen med systemutveckling som inriktning eller motsvarande yrkeserfarenhet.

Du har svenskt medborgarskap, vilket krävs för att arbeta i våra säkerhetsklassade projekt.
