As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Resurs, you will play a key role in our Talent team, focusing on identifying the top tech profiles in the market. Your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates in Tech and other areas through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, fairs, etc.)
- Building and maintaining a talent pool, particularly within the tech sector, to meet both current and future recruitment needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers and tech leaders to understand their skill requirements
- Analyzing tech market trends and providing insights into talent availability in the tech field
- Participating in employer branding initiatives and representing Resurs at tech-related networking events and career fairs
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top tech talent

Requirements

- Has 3 or more years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on Tech
- Is comfortable working with various sourcing tools and social platforms
- Has strong communication skills and excels at building relationships, particularly within the tech community
- Possesses an analytical mindset and is accustomed to working in a data-driven way
- Is creative and proactive in their approach to work
- Is fluent in both Swedish and English, in written and spoken form
