Kenvue Brands LLC is currently recruiting for a talented individual to join their team as a Team Leader in the strong and growing brand NICORETTE, a global market leader in smoking cessation.

The successful candidate will be based at Kenvue's Helsingborg site in Sweden, one of the largest employers in the city. The business is divided into two separate departments: Operations, where manufacturing activities take place, and R&D, the global development center for excellence working in three therapeutic areas for self-care treatments: Smoking Cessation, Digestive Health, and Cough & Cold.

Job Description

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging expertise in Smoking Cessation treatment to drive business growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of professionals in developing and implementing Smoking Cessation strategies
  • Collaborating with R&D teams to design and develop new products and services
  • Providing expert guidance on Smoking Cessation treatment to internal stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business Administration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management position
  • Strong knowledge of Smoking Cessation treatment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
