Som Business Analyst kommer du att driva workshops, arbeta mot verksamhet och IT vad gäller kravhantering och kravställning ute hos våra kunder. Rollen som Business analyst är väldigt bred vilket gör att uppdragen kan se ganska olika ut men i grund och botten så handlar det om att hjälpa kundens verksamhet att omvandla idéer och strategier till effektiva och smidiga IT-lösningar, vilken man behöver tycka känns roligt för att trivas hos oss. Vi kommer se till att du får kompetensutveckling och verktyg för att växa i din roll. Vi söker dig som: - Har minst 5 års erfarenhet av Business Analyst, Kravanalytiker eller Kravledare

- Har erfarenhet av agila metoder

- Är van vid att ha kontakt med olika stakeholders, både internt och externt

- Talar och skriver svenska samt engelska obehindrat

- Har relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna högskoleexamen

- Har viss kunskap inom process-och informationsmodellering

- Har erfarenhet av rollen som konsult Det är meriterande om du har: - Certifiering inom IREB, agila metoder eller har annan relevant certifiering - Erfarenhet från offentlig sektor eller bank/finanssektorn, men detta är inget krav Som person har du en god förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya verksamheter. Du är van vid att kontinuerligt och proaktivt se och driva förbättringar och förändringar. Vidare tar du en aktiv roll i projektteamet, driver ditt eget arbete med stor självständighet och självledarskap och ser det som en självklarhet att dokumentera och dela med dig av dina kunskaper. Våra medarbetare kännetecknas av en affärsmässig och kundorienterad attityd, samt förmåga att snabbt ta till sig ny information och omvandla den till kreativa lösningar.
