About the Assignment As a senior recruiter, you will act as an advisor to managers across various global functions and take full responsibility for the recruitment process. Your work will include everything from job scoping and sourcing to interviews and offer management. The role includes: - Leading end-to-end recruitment for complex and hard-to-fill positions. - Ensuring inclusive processes aligned with the company's diversity strategy. - Building and maintaining talent networks regionally and globally. - Using data and KPIs to improve processes and deliver high-quality results. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone proactive, communicative, and confident in working with senior stakeholders. You have a commercial and consultative approach and thrive in balancing strategic and hands-on work. Qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, including 2 years in corporate/functional roles. - Proven experience in complex mid- to senior-level recruitment. - Comfortable working in international and matrix organizations. - Strong sourcing skills, including direct search/headhunting. - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
