Group Business Controller

As the company grows, there is now a need for an additional Group Business Controller. As a Group Business Controller, you will support Elekta’s management, board, and Investor Relations by ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing analyses that aid in making strategic decisions.
Main responsibilities:
• Reporting financial results and key figures.
• Consolidating results at the regional and business line level and compiling these into analyses that support decisions at the corporate level.
• Budgeting and forecasting, including analysis and assessment of current and future results.
• Active participation in monthly closing and annual processes.
• Communication with other departments and regions to ensure financial data is correct and up to date.
• Preparation and presentation of financial analyses for management and the board.

I takt med att företaget växer finns nu behov av ytterligare en Group Business Controller. Som Group Business Controller kommer du att stödja Elektas ledning, styrelse och Investor Relations. Det gör du genom att säkerställa korrekt finansiell rapportering och tillhandahålla analyser som hjälper till att fatta strategiska beslut.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
• Rapportering av finansiella resultat och nyckeltal.
• Konsolidera resultat på region- och business linjenivå och sammanställa dessa i analyser som stödjer beslut på koncernnivå.
• Budget- och prognosarbete, inklusive analys och bedömning av aktuella och framtida resultat.
• Aktivt deltagande i månadsbokslut och årsprocesser.
• Kommunikation med andra avdelningar och regioner för att säkerställa att finansiella data är korrekt och aktuell.
• Förberedelser och presentationer av finansiella analyser för ledning och styrelse.

I den här rollen blir du högst delaktig i att optimera koncernens arbete med prognos, budget, analys och rapportering. Vi är ett ganska litet men tajt team där samarbete är väldigt viktigt. Du bör trivas i en självständig roll där du tar ansvar för egna processer och arbetsuppgifter. Samtidigt behöver du vara en lagspelare som gärna samarbetar och kommunicerar med andra för att säkerställa bästa möjliga resultat,” säger Daniel.
