Systemarkitekt/Lead Developer till Resursen Sverige AB

Vill du vara med och utveckla samhällsnyttiga system? Nu söker vi vår nästa pusselbit till vårt sköna team. Vi på Resursen är ett produktbolag som med stolthet utvecklar och driftar Provisum, ett verksamhetsanpassat system för Överförmyndigheten i Sverige. Provisums kundbas har sedan 2021 vuxit med 27 kommuner och nyttjas idag av 44 av Sveriges kommuner. Vi driftar och förvaltar även andra applikationer till kommunala enheter i Sverige.

Resursens affärsidé är att utveckla och förvalta applikationerna i nära samverkan med verksamheterna. Processerna är utvecklade utifrån verksamhetens behov och följer ett ärende från ax till limpa. Vi är i nuläget fyra anställda som behöver dig för att växa ytterligare. Teamet består av operativ chef, produktägare, utvecklare och driftsansvarig. Resursen ingår i koncernen Jalysi AB. Tillsammans har vi otroligt mycket kunskap om det mesta som hör IT-världen till.

Hos oss bestämmer du själv – arbeta från våra kontor i Västerås eller Luleå, eller på distans. Vi tror att arbete handlar om motivation och engagemang, inte om var du befinner dig.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter är:

- Utforma och vidareutveckla arkitekturen för företagets applikationer med fokus på skalbarhet, prestanda och säkerhet.
- Driva tekniska beslut och säkerställa att arkitekturen är anpassad efter både kort- och långsiktiga verksamhetsmål.
- Aktivt delta i utvecklingsarbetet genom att utveckla, genomföra kodgranskningar och bistå utvecklingsteamet med expertis.
- Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och initiera omtag eller omarbetningar i applikationerna när det krävs.
- Stötta drift- och förvaltningsteamet med teknisk rådgivning och lösningsdesign.
- Samverka med kunder och intressenter för att förstå kravbilden och omsätta dessa i tekniska lösningar.

Vem är du? Du motiveras av att få vara en del av ett kunnigt team och du vill ägna dagarna åt att förbättra och utveckla stabila och verksamhetsanpassade system. Du är modig och driven, och vågar utmana befintliga lösningar samt initiera förändringar när det behövs. Vi är ett litet team och vi stöttar varandra. Det innebär att vi söker en prestigelös kollega som trivs med att växla mellan strategiskt och operativt arbete.

Vad har du med dig i bagaget? Du är erfaren inom systemutveckling, gärna inom offentlig sektor eller liknande reglerade branscher. En bakgrund som som fullstack-utvecklare är ett starkt plus, men viktigast är gedigen kunskap i backendutveckling, gärna i språk som .NET och .NET core C#.

Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet som systemarkitekt, men det är inget krav. Det viktigaste är din tekniska kompetens, din kommunikativa förmåga och din vilja att ta ett tekniskt ansvar för vår produkt – både nu och i framtiden. Om du har en vision om att påverka arkitekturen och ta ett större ansvar, kan detta vara nästa steg i din karriär.

För att trivas i rollen ser vi även att du har erfarenhet av:

- Frontendramverk som React, Angular eller Vue.js.
- Databaser (SQL) och API-design.
- Metodik: Vana att arbeta med agila metoder och förståelse för DevOps-principer.
- Verksamhetsförståelse: Förmåga att förstå komplexa verksamhetsprocesser och omsätta dessa i tekniska lösningar som stödjer kundernas behov.
- Kommunikativ och lyhörd: Förmåga att kommunicera tekniska koncept till både tekniska och icke-tekniska intressenter.
