Talent Acquisition Partner, Interim at Sellpy

As our Talent Acquisition Partner (Interim), you will play a vital role in ensuring we find the right talent to join our full-speed journey in sustainable e-commerce. You will primarily support various hiring managers in recruiting new colleagues to their teams and take ownership of the entire talent acquisition process from start to finish. You are a natural support system for our hiring managers and you have a track record of coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

To succeed in this role, you are a humble team player who efficiently manages your time, has built strong skills in understanding people, and works in a structured manner.

You will report to our Chief People Officer and be part of the HR & People Operations team of ten colleagues.

In short, you will

- Be responsible for the Talent Acquisition process from start to finish, including candidate selection, writing and publishing job ads, candidate contact, and conducting interviews (via phone, digitally, or in person).
- Support hiring across various departments within business functions, covering roles from junior to senior levels. You ensure that all recruitment processes run smoothly, quickly and with high-quality.
- Partner with hiring managers as an advisor within your field of expertise, providing insights into the talent landscape and supporting them in finding the right additions to their teams.
- Ensure a great candidate experience, including timely feedback and maintaining a high level of engagement with candidates.
- Follow up on talent acquisition data to track and report monthly progress.

- TeamTailor as our recruitment system.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Suite for sourcing, when needed.

Requirements

- +1 year of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of handling various roles simultaneously.
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field—or a shorter related education combined with relevant work experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken), as both languages will be used in daily work.

Form of employment: Full-time, temporary contract from June 2025 to January 2026 (Temporary position during parental leave).
