Som en del av SSAB kommer du att vara viktig för att förverkliga detta mål och därmed bidra till en grön omställning av hela stålindustrin.

SSAB Luleå kommer de närmaste åren att ställa om sin stålproduktion. Det kommer innebära nya förutsättningar och krav inom många olika områden. Du ingår i den nya sektionen Support & Service och blir en viktig länk mellan dagens verksamhet och omställningsprojektet. En viktig del i arbetet blir att lösa de praktiska uppgifter som kräver lokalkännedom om SSAB Luleås arbetssätt, rutiner och kontaktvägar. Till exempel stöd vid etablering av entreprenörer, skyltning, vägvisning, sätta rätt personer i kontakt med varandra med mera.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

- Du är närvarande där det händer och bidrar till god kommunikation och samverkan mellan produktionen och omställningsprojektet.
- Du stöttar verksamheten med att ta fram nya eller revidera arbetssätt och rutiner.
- Beroende på typ av uppgifter och omfattning genomför du de dem själv eller genom att beställa tjänster från externa eller interna leverantörer.

- Du har ett flexibelt tankesätt med förmågan att snabbt anpassa dig till förändrade omständigheter samt kan självnavigera inom nya områden. Du är handlingsinriktad och säkerställa att uppgifter genomförs effektivt och ändamålsenligt.
- Du som söker är en person som är öppen, positiv och en lyhörd lagspelare med god förmåga att i nära dialog samarbeta med andra människor.
- Då vi arbetar i en internationell miljö behöver du kunna tala och skriva både engelska och svenska.
- Körkort B är ett krav.
- En förutsättning för att lyckas i denna roll är att du trivs och gillar att vara nära på plats ”där det händer”. Tempot i omställningsprojektet är högt tillsammans med många olika gränssnitt, förändringar och tvärfunktionella sammanhang.
