I denna roll kommer du att vara med och forma våra framtida arbetssätt genom att systematiskt strukturera upp de styrdokument och processer . Du kommer att spela en nyckelroll i ambition att skapa en HR-funktion med tydlighet och ett starkt kundfokus i hela leveranskedjan. I den här rollen kommer du att arbeta nära samtliga team inom HR samt Legal-och Compliance avdelningar för att utveckla total HR leverans och säkerställa att det följs nuvarande och framtida regelverk.
Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
- Övervaka och säkerställa efterlevnad av arbetsrättsliga lagar, regler och företagets egna HR-policys.
- Utveckla och uppdatera HR-policys och riktlinjer i enlighet med juridiska krav, styrande regelverk och bästa praxis.
- Utföra regelbunden uppföljning av HR-processer och kontroller för att identifiera eventuella risker och föreslå förbättringar.
- Delta i utvecklandet och automatiserandet av HR-processer på ett effektivt och säkert sätt.
- Utbilda och informera medarbetare och chefer om gällande regler och företagets policys.
- Utreda och rapportera HR-relaterade klagomål samt samordna åtgärder för att lösa ärenden.
- Hålla sig uppdaterad om ändringar i arbetsrättslig lagstiftning och säkerställa att organisationen anpassar sig därefter.
Erfarenheter:
- Kandidatexamen inom HR eller annan relevant utbildning.
- God erfarenhet av HR och/eller compliance-arbete, helst inom ett större företag.
- Kunskap om arbetsrätt, CSRD, GDPR och andra relevanta lagar.
- Erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera HR-policys och riktlinjer.
- Förmåga att analysera komplexa juridiska frågor och föreslå praktiska lösningar.
- Erfarenhet av HR system, processutveckling och effektivisering
- Kommunikations- och samarbetsförmågor.
- Integritet och förmåga att fatta kloka beslut grundade i fakta är avgörande.
- Ta sig an komplexa problem och frågeställningar och översätta dem i konkreta handlingar och leveranser som är förståeliga för samtliga inblandade stakeholders.
Som person är du prestigelös, engagerad och har ett starkt driv. Du är utåtriktad, förtroendeingivande och tydlig i din kommunikation. Du har en god samarbetsförmåga och tar gärna egna initiativ.
