OM TJÄNSTEN
Vidhance utvecklar avancerad videoförbättringsmjukvara för mobilindustrin. Genom AI-drivna lösningar för stabilisering, spårning och bildoptimering möjliggörs videoklipp av professionell kvalitet, även under de tuffaste förhållandena. Med smidig zoom och objektspårning skapar teknologin en fantastisk användarupplevelse och används av några av världens mest framstående teknikföretag. Som Software Engineer – Customer Delivery får du en nyckelroll i att överbrygga klyftan mellan Vidhances banbrytande videoteknologi och kundernas behov. Du arbetar nära kunder för att säkerställa en smidig integration i deras plattformar, lösa tekniska utmaningar och optimera prestanda för olika miljöer. Ditt arbete gör verklig skillnad, från att säkerställa perfekt videokvalitet i smartphones till att driva innovation inom mobil videobearbetning. Du blir en del av Xenon-teamet, en högpresterande och stödjande grupp med nio ingenjörer (varav tre i Shanghai). Teamet värdesätter samarbete, problemlösning och har kul tillsammans, både på jobbet och genom gemensamma aktiviteter under året.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag där du blir anställd av Academic Work och arbetar på uppdrag hos Vidhance. Tjänsten är på heltid och långsiktig, med mycket goda möjligheter till fast anställning direkt hos Vidhance.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Arbetsuppgifter

Denna roll är en dynamisk kombination av teknisk utveckling, problemlösning och kundsamarbete. Vissa dagar innebär kodning, felsökning och optimering av videoalgoritmer, medan andra fokuserar på att hjälpa kunder att integrera teknologin i sina system. Dina ansvarsområden inkluderar:

* Ta ägandeskap över kundprojekt och driva dem framåt med entusiasm
* Felsöka och optimera videobehandlingsmjukvara i inbyggda miljöer
* Bryta ner komplexa tekniska problem i strukturerade, lösningsorienterade steg
* Integrera Vidhances mjukvara i olika kamerasystem och mobila plattformar
* Ge tekniskt stöd till kunder och säkerställa en smidig implementation
* Arbeta nära globala smartphonetillverkare och chipset-leverantörer
* Resa internationellt (ca 4 gånger per år) för att samarbeta med kunder på plats

VI SÖKER DIG SOM

Must have:

* Examen inom datavetenskap eller liknande område
* Starka kunskaper i C++ (genom utbildning, egna projekt eller arbetslivserfarenhet)
* Erfarenhet av inbyggda system eller låg-nivå utveckling
* Förmåga att felsöka och lösa komplexa mjukvaruproblem
* Passion för att samarbeta med kunder och lösa verkliga utmaningar
* Vilja att resa internationellt för kundmöten
* Flytande engelska i tal och skrift då det krävs för att kunna utföra arbetet

Nice to have:

* Förståelse dör bildbehandling och computer vision
* Kunskaper i kinesiska, då flera kunder talar språket

Praktiskt information:
- Plats: Uppsala
- Omfattning: Heltid, 40 timmar/vecka
- Resor: 3–4 resor per år (vanligtvis 1–2 veckor per resa, främst till Kina och Taiwan)
