You will focus on the external developers who are integrating their systems with Sinch's platform. In this role, you be responsible for defining, managing, and executing the product roadmap to improve how developers integrate and use our APIs. In that capacity, you directly own our SDKs, our CLIs, and other potential ways in which a developer interacts more efficiently with our platform APIs. As the voice of the external developers, you also coordinate with other Sinch teams to produce a cohesive developer experience - tech writers, our portal experience teams and other teams building public APIs for their product. The opportunity: Sinch is currently building up the API Experience product development domain. We believe it is fundamental to our company's success that the external developer experience of our platform is world class. You will be joining a growing team of product managers and engineering teams. This means you get the opportunity to set the culture and build new great products together with your team. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and stay on top of external developer efficiency and experience of using the Sinch APIs. - Develop strong working relationships with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align product initiatives with business goals. - Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for developer experience at Sinch, with responsibility for our SDKs, CLIs (Command-Line Interface??and other tools directly helping developers accessing our APIs. - Work closely with engineering teams to bring product features from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless developer journey. - Conduct user research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and feature prioritization. - Identify and address blockers in the developer onboarding process, ensuring an effortless experience. - Measure success metrics and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights. REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on developer-focused products. - Strong understanding of SDKs, CLIs (Command-Line Interface??), API technologies and developer workflows. - Experience in gathering user feedback and translating it into actionable product enhancements. - Excellent communication skills, with a knack for creating clear and compelling presentations. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially engineering, marketing, and sales. - Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics to inform product development. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for improving developer experience and enthusiasm for the latest industry trends.
