Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har praktisk ledarskapserfarenhet från tidigare anställningar. Du ska vara genuint intresserad av ledarskap och leda din omgivning genom att vara en förebild. Ett krav är att du kan flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Det är meriterande om du har arbetat inom service- eller restaurangbranschen samt gärna inom kök. Som person är du en positiv teamspelare med ett affärssinne som motiveras av att nå uppsatta mål. Det är viktigt att du är strukturerad och stresstålig då tempot ofta är högt. Eftersom jobbet tidvis är fysiskt krävande ser vi gärna att du delar vår syn på en sund livsstil och håller dig i form och tar ansvar för din hälsa. Arbetstiderna varierar men ett krav är att du ska jobba varannan helg. Vi är anslutna till kollektivavtal. Tjänstens placering är på vårt lekland i Ishöj, Köpenhamn.
