Producers at Moon Rover

Producers are the glue that holds a team together. A good producer is able to motivate a team to achieve goals they never thought possible while making sure that it stays healthy on that journey. They are highly adept at context shifting, dealing with everything from being a sounding board for a director to discussing detailed planning to mediating interpersonal conflict on a daily, if not hourly, basis.

Associate Producer

We’re looking for an Associate Producer who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and help bring our game to life. You’ll work closely with the Senior Producer to keep our project on track, solve problems, and support our team as we build something amazing. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, loves organizing chaos, and wants to grow into a leadership role in game production.

Who are you?

Someone with:

- Experience supporting game development teams in a production or coordination role.
- A strong aptitude for organization and problem-solving, with an eye for removing obstacles before they become issues.
- Excellent communication skills, who can ensure smooth collaboration across disciplines.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Notion, or similar.
- A proactive mindset—someone who takes initiative, follows through, and keeps the team moving forward.
- A passion for games and an understanding of game development workflows.
