Catella är en ledande specialist inom fastighetsinvesteringar och en pan-europeisk fastighetspartner med stark lokal närvaro och global räckvidd genom 12 länder och ca 500 anställda. Verksamheten är uppdelad i affärsområdena Corporate Finance, Investment Management och Principal Investments. Catella utökar nu juristfunktionen och söker en Legal Counsel till en central roll på koncernens huvudkontor i Stockholm.

Om rollen

I rollen som Legal Counsel arbetar du tillsammans med Chief Legal Officer (CLO) och Group Compliance Officer inom ett brett spektrum av legala frågor med ett tydligt fokus på att stärka synergier över hela koncernen. Bland annat arbetar du med bolagsrättsliga frågor, koncerninterna transaktioner och andra typer av kommersiella avtal såsom förvärv. Du koordinerar arbetet med externa rådgivare och arbetar även med bolagsstyrning och compliancefrågor i koncernens samtliga jurisdiktioner. Då du har daglig kontakt med våra lokala bolag sker stor del av arbetet på engelska. Tjänsten är placerad på bolagets huvudkontor ett stenkast från Stureplan i Stockholm och du rapporterar till bolagets CLO.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som efter avslutad juristexamen har arbetat ca två till fyra år på advokatbyrå och/eller som bolagsjurist. Du har en bakgrund inom affärsjuridik och vi tror att du för att lyckas i rollen har särskild erfarenhet av arbete med kommersiella avtal, transaktioner, bolagsstyrning och annan bolagsrätt. Har du dessutom erfarenhet av att arbeta med regulatoriska frågor, i noterad eller internationell miljö är det meriterande men inget krav.

Som person är du engagerad, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad med förmågan att hantera flera parallella uppgifter. Du är trygg i din kommunikation och med att fatta beslut samt trivs med att arbeta i en internationell miljö där samarbete är en nyckel till framgång.
