WORK TASKS

About the role As the operations manager, you will:

· Be instrumental in building up the operations, creating structure and content.

· Lead and develop the operations once we are up and running.

· Build and maintain relationships with startups, investors, and other stakeholders.

· Build the incubator program and make it happen.

· Identify and create synergies within the start-up ecosystem.

· Inspire and motivate the team, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

· Contribute with your experience and knowledge in entrepreneurship to support our startups.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:

· Is a visionary and goal-oriented leader.

· Has a strong ability to build and nurture relationships.

· Has strategic insight and capability, and can create and implement a concept from idea to reality.

· Has extensive experience in entrepreneurship and business development.

· Has a good understanding of the startup environment and its stakeholders.

· Is interested in new solutions to challenges in and around the home.

· Is an innovative and creative problem solver.

· Is fluent in in English and Swedish.
