You’ll be solving your client’s challenges and turning their needs into goals and solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365. Qualifications:

- Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner.
- A passion for learning along with good business sense and time management.
- Ability to manage your clients’ expectations effectively.
- Likely a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX OR experience supporting Dynamics 365 F&O as a strong user within the Supply Chain modules.
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain module; Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Management end-user experience is nice to have but not required.
- Experience managing/leading teams both on and offshore is nice to have, but not required.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Transforming business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements.
- Prototyping and configuring processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to ensure the system works the way your client needs it to.
- Running workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handling gaps detected during prototyping.
- Working with the technical team to ensure your clients' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
- Creating or evaluating a breakdown of your clients’ business processes to identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.
- Documenting settings and preparing your clients to use the system.
- Supporting testing of the proposed system and training users.
