Din roll hos oss
Som P&C Generalist blir du en viktig del av det svenska teamet och en nyckelperson i stödet till våra chefer, särskilt inom produktionen. Ditt fokus ligger på att ge det dagliga HR-stödet främst inom frisknärvaro och rekrytering, men du kommer också ha möjlighet att bidra till förbättringsarbete.
I Edsbyn har du sex kompetenta och stöttande kollegor vid din sida. Totalt är vi 13 kollegor inom P&C Region North, som sträcker sig över Sverige, Norge, Danmark och Storbritannien. Detta ger dig en möjlighet att få en bred inblick i hur HR-arbete kan se ut i en internationell kontext.
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:
• Vara ett tryggt och proaktivt stöd till chefer i personalfrågor.
• Driva och stötta i rekryteringar och rehabiliteringsprocesser.
• Arbeta med och utveckla lokala P&C-processer – alltid med förbättring i fokus.
• Hantera administrativa uppgifter kopplat till P&C-arbetet.
• Implementera och utbilda chefer i HR-processer och rutiner.
Vi söker dig som:
• Har en utbildning inom HR-området eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
• Har 1–4 års erfarenhet av en liknande roll, gärna inom tillverkande industri.
• Har goda kunskaper i svensk arbetsrätt, särskilt inom rehabilitering och arbetsmiljö.
• Är självgående, strukturerad och trivs med att lösa problem.
• Är kommunikativ och kan bygga starka relationer med chefer.
• Talar och skriver obehindrat på både svenska och engelska.
