ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Som Development Manager hos oss har du en nyckelroll i att leda och utveckla vårt utvecklingsteam. Teamet består av fullstackutvecklare och testare, varav åtta är baserade i Riga, Lettland, samt en utvecklare i Stockholm.

I den här rollen har du personalansvar och fungerar som en mentor och coach för dina medarbetare, där du både stöttar deras professionella utveckling och säkerställer att de har rätt verktyg för att lyckas. Du motiverar, inspirerar och hjälper teamet att nå sina mål samtidigt som du ser till att vi levererar högkvalitativa lösningar inom givna tidsramar.

Du driver kontinuerlig förbättring av våra arbetsprocesser och optimerar vårt sätt att arbeta. Genom nära samarbete med produktägare och andra nyckelpersoner ser du till att vi har en tydlig roadmap och att vi ständigt utvecklas mot våra långsiktiga mål.

Dina främsta ansvarsområden:

• Leda och utveckla utvecklingsteamet genom coachning, tydlig målstyrning och en stark kultur av lärande.

• Optimera arbetsmetoder och processer säkerställa effektiva och agila utvecklingsflöden enligt branschstandard.

• Planera och leverera prioritera och säkerställa att projekt når högsta kvalitet och hålls inom tidsramarna.

• Kommunicera och engagera fungera som en brygga mellan utvecklingsteamet och övriga intressenter.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Vi tror att du är en trygg och lyhörd ledare med en stark teknisk förståelse och en passion för att utveckla både produkter och människor. Du motiveras av att skapa en kultur där innovation och lärande är i fokus, och där teamet känner sig både inspirerat och utmanat.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi gärna att du har:

• Erfarenhet av att leda eller coacha utvecklingsteam, gärna inom molnbaserade tjänster.

• En god förståelse för produktutveckling och agila metoder, och en vilja att ständigt utmana och förbättra processer.

• Förmåga att skapa struktur, tydlighet och driv i utvecklingsprocesser.

• Starka kommunikationsfärdigheter i både svenska och engelska, och en förmåga att skapa förtroende och engagemang på alla nivåer.

• Ett analytiskt och lösningsorienterat mindset med förmåga att identifiera förbättringsområden och driva förändring framåt.

• Erfarenhet av budgetansvar, där du har arbetat med att fördela resurser och följa upp ekonomiska mål för team och projekt.

Och...givetvis har du en genuin nyfikenhet på ny teknik och använder AI-verktyg som en självklart del av din vardag.
