About the Role

Although LOOP has existed for 40 years and has the consumer reputation of a much-loved premium heritage brand, it is perhaps more helpful to think about LOOP as a start-up business entering a rapid growth phase. As Finance Director at Loop Tackle, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s transformation and growth journey. You will lead the finance function and be part of the management team, contributing to strategic decisions and professionalizing financial processes. This is an opportunity to strengthen Loop Tackle’s position as the world’s leading premium fly-fishing brand, in close collaboration with the parent company COX Enterprises. The office is in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm.

Your Responsibilities

- Drive financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for Sweden, the UK, and Canada.
- Take a hands-on role in business operations, creating processes that are as agile as they are robust.
- Develop and implement financial systems, processes, and governance aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the CEO and management team, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and impactful.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering development and collaboration.
- Actively participate in business operations, driving data-driven decisions and sustainable growth.
- Conduct gap analyses and prioritize action plans to maintain cost efficiency and operational excellence.

About You

You are a results-driven and hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and a natural ability to build efficient financial processes. With international experience, you bring a solid background in financial management and reporting. Your excellent communication skills enable you to create engagement and understanding for financial matters across the organization. You share Loop Tackle’s passion for the outdoors and deep respect for the environment.

Your Background

- A degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience in financial management, reporting, budgets, and forecasts.
- International exposure and a knack for working in growth-focused organizations.
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, paired with strong IT capabilities.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- A collaborative leadership style rooted in integrity and motivation.
