Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Rebtel Networks AB Full time
Global migration is a 21st-century reality. Whether people are fleeing from something or racing towards better opportunity, following love or seeking new experiences, more and more are living in different environments and in new ways. We celebrate the power of people coming together. That's why we connect ambitious people abroad with their families and friends back home so they can support each other emotionally and financially, and lead more enriched lives.

Our ambitious team reflects our international audience. We are a diverse group of people from all over the world that come together every day—and we're looking for others driven by the same desire to create meaningful products that bridge cultural and geographic distances.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in building and managing Rebtel's core payments products. You will report to the COO and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our payments platform.

Rebtel is looking for: Senior Product Manager, Payments and Subscription

- Do you want to strive for and celebrate success with ambitious people from all over the world?
- Are you looking for that rare place that is a combination of start-up spirit and stable business growth?
- Are you an experienced Product Manager with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for building products that not only meet business objectives but also provide an excellent user experience?

The role

- Lead Rebtel's payment expansion, retention strategies, and conversion optimization across a multi-platform global ecosystem (web & apps).
- Expand on localized payment methods, while improving first payment success rates, and reducing churn — ensuring frictionless transactions across all markets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with external payment providers and partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of our users' needs, Rebtel's strategic position, international remittance markets, and our competitors.
- Drive product development in collaboration with engineers, designers, compliance, finance, marketing, and sales teams to deliver seamless and innovative payment solutions.
- Own the performance of payments products and work closely with CRM to drive growth and engagement.
- Come with a strong product mindset, that thrives in continuous delivery environments, applies a hypothesis-driven approach, and leverages design thinking to craft seamless payment and subscription experiences.

Who we're looking for

- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a proactive mindset.
- A product leader with a strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Someone who is detail-oriented yet understands the bigger picture.
- An expert in navigating complex challenges with multiple constraints, assessing risks, and making well-informed, structured decisions.
- Passionate about fintech, payments, and financial inclusion.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Manager in payments, fintech, subscriptions, or e-commerce product management.
- Multi-platform expertise across web & mobile ecosystems, delivering seamless payments.
- Knowledge of payment gateways, local payment methods, fraud prevention, and chargebacks.
- Solid understanding of payment funnel metrics, retry logic, and first-time payment friction.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including finance, engineering and growth.
- Fintech experience is a strong plus but not mandatory.

Benefits

- Comprehensive Pension Plan
- Health Checkups and Private Medical Insurance
- 10k Bucket (net) for wellness allowance and travel (benefit taxed)
- Discount on gym memberships
- Bonus program
- Parental leave pay
- 30 days of annual vacation
- Relocation support for a smooth transition if you're joining us from afar
- A modern office in central Stockholm

Rebtel is an international workplace, and at the office, we speak English; therefore, high English proficiency is required.

We are Rebtel. We come from all around the world to create products for anyone who has crossed a border. We believe in equal opportunity and value diversity at our company.
